My daughters like Cinnamon Toast Crunch but only without milk. And after we watched the commercial and they both exclaimed "I want that!" it was a great opprotunity to teach them about the falsehoods of advertising. I said okay and we got some and them I had them eat it and critique it. They both said they understood afterward how ads are not always 100% true and that they need to be wary of stuff on tv. I personally think it's disgusting.
